Who can apply?
The Ukraine programme is open to workers from India, Nepal, Pakistan and Bangladesh who are applying from their country of residence. You do not need to be in Ukraine, or in Ireland, to start — the entire placement and preparation process is handled remotely, and you submit your visa or permit application locally.

How does the placement process work?

The difference · after arrival
What support is provided after arrival in Ukraine?
This is the part most agencies do not offer. Once you have landed and started work, InviteDaddy does not close your file — the relationship continues for as long as you are in the placement.
- Communication with your employer. Because the placement runs through a direct agreement, InviteDaddy already has a working relationship with the employer and can raise questions about duties, conditions, hours or pay on your behalf.
- Help with document renewals. Permits and registrations have expiry dates. InviteDaddy helps you track and prepare renewals ahead of the deadline, rather than after a document has lapsed.
- Mediation in disputes. If a disagreement or misunderstanding arises with the employer, InviteDaddy acts as an intermediary between both sides to resolve it.
- A point of contact who knows your case. You are not explaining your situation from scratch to a stranger — the same company that arranged the placement handles the follow-up.

The package combines documents you provide, documents the employer provides, and documents InviteDaddy prepares. Everything is checked for consistency before submission — mismatched names, dates or job titles between the invitation and your own documents are a common and avoidable cause of delay.

How long does the process take?
Three timelines run in sequence, and only the first is within InviteDaddy's control. Placement and invitation depend on vacancy availability and employer processing. Document preparation depends mostly on how quickly you supply what is requested. Official visa or permit processing is set by the Ukrainian authorities.

Does InviteDaddy find the employer, or do I need to find one myself?
InviteDaddy finds the employer. Placements are arranged through direct agreements with employers in Ukraine, so you are matched to a specific confirmed vacancy rather than being given documents and left to search on your own.
What happens after I arrive in Ukraine?
Support continues after arrival. InviteDaddy stays in contact with both you and the employer, helps with document renewals as deadlines approach, and acts as an intermediary if a dispute or misunderstanding arises with the employer. This ongoing support is what distinguishes the service from agencies that stop once the invitation is issued.
Does InviteDaddy submit my Ukrainian visa or work permit application for me?
No. You submit your visa or work permit application yourself in your country of residence, through the relevant Ukrainian embassy, consulate or visa application centre. InviteDaddy arranges the placement and official invitation, prepares and checks the full document package, and monitors the case, but you remain the applicant on record.
Is the visa or work permit guaranteed once I have an invitation?
No. An official invitation is a required part of the application, but it does not guarantee approval. The decision rests with the Ukrainian authorities, who assess the complete application. InviteDaddy's role is to make sure the application is complete, accurate and properly documented.
What happens if there is a problem with my employer in Ukraine?
Contact InviteDaddy. Because placements are arranged through direct agreements with the employers, InviteDaddy has an existing working relationship with them and can raise issues, mediate disputes and help resolve misunderstandings about conditions, duties or documentation.
