Who can apply?
The Belarus programme is open to workers from India, Nepal, Pakistan and Bangladesh who are applying from their country of residence. You do not need to be in Belarus, or in Ireland, to start — the entire placement and preparation process is handled remotely, and you submit your visa or permit application locally.

How does the placement process work?

The difference · after arrival
What support is provided after arrival in Belarus?
This is the part most agencies do not offer. Once you have landed and started work, InviteDaddy does not close your file — the relationship continues for as long as you are in the placement.
- Communication with your employer. Because the placement runs through a direct agreement, InviteDaddy already has a working relationship with the employer and can raise questions about duties, conditions, hours or pay on your behalf.
- Help with document renewals. Permits and registrations have expiry dates. InviteDaddy helps you track and prepare renewals ahead of the deadline, rather than after a document has lapsed.

How long does the process take?
Three timelines run in sequence, and only the first is within InviteDaddy's control. Placement and invitation depend on vacancy availability and employer processing.
