What does full-cycle placement actually mean?
Five things, of which most agencies sell only the middle one:
- A confirmed vacancy. InviteDaddy holds direct agreements with employers and matches you to a real, specific role — you are not handed documents and told to find work yourself.
- The official work invitation. Arranged with the employer in the form the destination country's authorities require.
- The full document package. Prepared and checked for consistency before you submit your own application.
- Case monitoring. The application tracked through to a decision, with fast help if the authorities ask for more.
- Support after you arrive. The part below.

What happens after you arrive?
Your file does not close when you land. For as long as you are in the placement, InviteDaddy remains a point of contact who already knows your case and already has a working relationship with your employer.
- Communication with your employer. Questions about duties, conditions, hours or pay can be raised through InviteDaddy rather than by you alone in a second language.
- Help with document renewals. Permits and registrations expire. Renewals are prepared ahead of the deadline, not after a document has lapsed.
- Mediation in disputes. If a disagreement arises with the employer, InviteDaddy acts as an intermediary between both sides.
- A point of contact who knows your case. The same company that arranged the placement handles the follow-up — no explaining your situation from scratch.

Who submits the visa or work permit application?
You do. You remain the applicant on record and submit your application in your country of residence, attending any appointment in person as required. InviteDaddy arranges the placement and invitation, prepares and cross-checks the document package, books the appointment slot and monitors the case — but does not submit on your behalf and is not affiliated with any embassy or government body.
Do I need a visa service instead?

Is employment or a work permit guaranteed?
No. An official invitation is a required part of the application but does not guarantee approval, and no agency can guarantee an immigration or employment outcome. Decisions rest with the relevant authorities.
