Service Delivery Policy
Last updated: 27 August 2026
All services provided by Invite Daddy Limited are delivered remotely, in electronic form. There is no physical shipment and nothing is posted to you. Documents, checklists, completed forms and confirmations are delivered by email. Work begins once payment has been confirmed and you have supplied the information the service requires.
Draft template notice: This policy has not been reviewed by a qualified lawyer. It should be reviewed before the site handles live payments, together with the Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
1. Nature and method of delivery
Invite Daddy Limited supplies professional services, not goods. Every service is performed and delivered remotely from Ireland, in electronic form, to clients located in their own country of residence. No physical product is shipped and no in-person attendance is required at our office.
Delivery takes place through the electronic channels listed in section 4. A service is delivered when the relevant work product — for example a completed application form, a verified document set, a booked appointment confirmation, or a written case assessment — is sent to the email address you provide.
2. When work begins
Work begins after both of the following have happened:
- Your payment has been confirmed as settled by our acquiring bank; and
- You have supplied the information and documents that the service requires in order to start.
Where both conditions are met, work commences within [TBD — commencement window, e.g. 1–2 business days]. If your payment settles but the required information has not yet been supplied, the file is held open and work starts when the information arrives. We will tell you in writing exactly what is outstanding.
3. Indicative stage timelines
The timings below cover the work Invite Daddy Limited performs. They do not and cannot cover official processing times, which are set by embassies, consulates, visa application centres and immigration authorities and are entirely outside our control.
| Stage | What we deliver | Indicative timeline |
|---|---|---|
| Case assessment | Written confirmation of the visa route and a document checklist for your case | [TBD — case assessment turnaround] |
| Document verification | Reviewed document set with gaps, inconsistencies and translation needs flagged in writing | [TBD — document review turnaround] |
| Form completion | Completed application form, cross-checked against your passport and documents, sent for your approval | [TBD — form completion turnaround] |
| Appointment booking | A secured appointment slot and written confirmation of its reference and date | [TBD — depends on centre availability] |
| Itinerary preparation | Flight and accommodation itinerary consistent with your application dates | [TBD — itinerary turnaround] |
| Application monitoring | Status tracking and assistance responding to requests for further information | Runs from submission until a decision is issued |
| Work placement | Matched vacancy, official invitation, full document package, and post-arrival support | [TBD — placement and invitation timeline] |
4. Communication channels
All correspondence and delivery takes place through these channels:
- Email: info@invitedaddy.ie — the primary channel, and the channel through which work products are delivered.
- Telephone: +353 87 977 8939
- Registered office: 3rd Floor, The Bank Building, Blackhall Place, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath, N91 W3WP, Ireland
We aim to respond to written enquiries within [TBD — response time commitment, e.g. 1 business day]. Office hours: [TBD — office hours and time zone].
It is your responsibility to give a working email address and to check it, including spam and promotions folders. If email to you bounces, we will attempt contact by telephone.
5. What counts as the service being delivered
A service is treated as delivered and complete when the corresponding work product has been sent to you, as follows:
- Case assessment — when the written assessment and document checklist have been sent.
- Document preparation and verification — when the reviewed document set and written findings have been sent.
- Form completion — when the completed form has been sent to you for approval.
- Appointment booking — when an appointment has been secured and its confirmation details sent to you.
- Itinerary preparation — when the itinerary documents have been sent.
- Application monitoring — when a decision on your application has been issued, or when the agreed monitoring period ends.
- Work placement — when the placement has been arranged, the official invitation issued, and the document package delivered. Post-arrival support then runs for the period stated in your engagement.
Delivery of the service is not the same as a successful application. The service is complete when the work described above has been performed, regardless of the decision later taken by an embassy, consulate or immigration authority. A refusal does not mean the service was not delivered.
6. Your part in the timeline
Most delay comes from information arriving late or incomplete. Timelines above run from the point at which we hold everything needed for that stage. Where documents are missing, illegible, inconsistent with your passport, or require certified translation, the clock pauses until the issue is resolved.
7. If we cannot deliver
If we determine that a service cannot be delivered — for example because the route you seek is not available for your circumstances, or required documents cannot be obtained — we will tell you in writing, explain why, and apply the Refund & Cancellation Policy to any fees paid for work not performed.
