2. No guarantee of outcome
InviteDaddy does not and cannot guarantee that any visa application will be approved. Final decisions on all visa and immigration applications rest solely with the relevant consulate, embassy, or immigration authority. Our services are limited to preparation, guidance, and administrative support.
3. Not legal representation
InviteDaddy is not a law firm and does not provide formal legal advice or legal representation. Applicants with complex legal matters, refusals, or appeals should consult a qualified immigration solicitor.
4. Applicant responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents. InviteDaddy is not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by an applicant.
5. Fees
Service fees, where applicable, will be agreed with you directly before work begins. No fees are published on this website at this time.
6. Limitation of liability
