Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the general principles Invite Daddy Limited ("InviteDaddy") applies to fees paid for its visa and immigration support services.
1. Nature of our services
InviteDaddy provides case preparation, document review, and administrative support services. Because a meaningful portion of this work (such as reviewing your case, tracking appointment availability, or preparing documents) is carried out shortly after a service begins, refund eligibility depends on how much work has been completed at the time of a cancellation request.
2. Before work begins
If you cancel a service before any work has begun on your case, you may be eligible for a full refund of fees paid for that service.
3. After work has begun
If work has already begun on your case (for example, a case assessment has been completed, an appointment has been booked, or documents have been reviewed), fees for the work already carried out are generally non-refundable, and any refund of remaining fees will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Third-party fees
InviteDaddy's fees are separate from any third-party fees (such as consulate visa fees, visa application centre service fees, courier fees, or insurance premiums). Third-party fees are governed by that third party's own policies and are not refundable by InviteDaddy.
5. No guarantee of visa outcome
Refunds are not provided on the basis of a visa application being refused, delayed, or otherwise not resulting in the outcome an applicant hoped for, since InviteDaddy does not control and cannot guarantee decisions made by consulates, embassies, or immigration authorities.
6. How to request a refund

7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time you engage a service will apply to that service.
